By using the Momslove store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
1. Products and pricing
We describe our products and materials as accurately as we can; because every pair is handmade, minor variations in stitching and color are normal. Prices are in USD and may change — the price at checkout is the price you pay. Sale prices reflect genuine prior selling prices.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel orders due to stock errors or suspected fraud, refunding you in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
3. Shipping
We ship to the US, UK, and Canada within 1–2 business days of your order. Delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns and refunds
Unworn, unwashed socks with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the store: no scraping at abusive rates, no interfering with checkout, no submitting false information, no reselling our products as your own brand. We may refuse service to anyone abusing the store.
6. Warranties and liability
Products are covered by our 90-day defect promise (see Returns). Beyond that, the store and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at order time.
