Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Rates & delivery times

• US Standard (3–5 business days): $4.95 — free on orders over $50
• US Express (1–2 business days): $12.95
• UK (5–8 business days): $9.95
• Canada (6–10 business days): $11.95

All shipments are tracked. Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and exclude processing time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Duties and taxes for UK and Canadian orders are calculated at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

Packaging

Every order ships in gift-ready packaging at no extra cost: tissue, a thank-you card, and (for the Sunday Set) the kraft gift box. We use recyclable mailers wherever possible.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right, including reshipping or refunding lost orders.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
